It is important to point out that the true cause for all of this lies in the gut. When your gut biome gets so out of whack, digesting certain foods becomes impossible. For this reason the gut collects lectins in its 'filter barrier' which makes it start to leak. One calls this "leaky gut", which means food leaks into the bloodstream before it gets digested. The body does not recognise these to be part of the body, and starts its fight. The thyroid starts working hard, to get those hormones or T-cells running through the body to fight off all those undigested 'alien fromthe body' substances, which is mostly diagnosed as Graves' Desease, which is a thryoid which functions too fast. Lets say it's the opposite of Hashimotos, which is a slow working thyroid. Again, much later on, I realised that palpitations are not a desease or something that should not be expected. it is a feature of the human body to protect itself from further damage, albeit temporarily, until danger has passed.
